Specialized weld procedures have been developed and utilized on Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, and Chrome-Moly Alloys such as 4130/40 and 4330s. These procedure have enabled us to perform welding processes on these easily hardened steels without the need for "softening" through heat treatment.

TNB has also developed specialized tank systems for the chemical processing industry. Our hot tanks have unsurpassed heating capabilities coupled with heavy construction for longevity, and simple yet effective agitation systems. To date we have manufactured several multi tank systems for phosphate coating and alkali cleaning with excellent customer satisfaction.
